Ending? They had to use TNG's actors to help. Poor ending!

yeah but VOY's was worse because it was just ridiculous and spoilt the whole show.

While I'm not that keen on the Voyager ending, the Enterprise ending is far worse particularly as it was the end of Star Trek entirely and it came on the back of an extremely strong and consistent season:
It's worth mentioning just in case people aren't aware that all four series are on Netflix along with The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine and Voyager. I've just recently finished Enterprise and it had a rough start but I thought it picked up well in the third series once it found its own identity rather than the confusing mess the previous series were and aside from the rough opening and terrible finish most of the fourth series is good, almost enough to forgive it for the entirely stupid ship design.

yeah but ENT's finale wasn't that bad, wrapped everything up all the show's storyline's quite neatly.
VOY was just ridiculous in that the finale ended up making the show's villains look like a joke. to the point where it never seemed likely that they could even make a new show set in the near future after that. with all sorts of time-travelling and interference with the past making even the protagonists seem overpowered.

Assuming you're meaning 'These are the Voyages...' it was more than just bad, it was rated as the worst ever Star Trek episode last year at a Trek convention and had formal apologies from production staff, most of the cast and crew hated it as well. While Endgame was a pretty average episode, it was nowhere near as terrible as 'These are the Voyages...' - I actually thought you were just joking, I've never seen a single person comment positively on the Enterprise finale as it's generally regarded as an absolutely terrible episode that completely failed to achieve what was intended and was an extremely poor finish to Star Trek. If you genuinely thought it was good you are very much on your own in that view.

i didn't mind it. i remember all the furore, but yeah it was just another episode to me. didn't bother me that it was set in the TNG era.
