These sets are good value but the plates are small. Not big enough for your everyday set imo.

Actually, these are probably the best thing for those trying to loose weight. Saw one of these documentaries about our body weight, and apparently plate sizes have increased by over 20% since 1970 and this all contributes to our waistline!
By using these will help with portion control :wink:
I like smaller dinner plates as I have a tabletop dishwasher and big plates are no good. I will check the size of the dinner plates. I think I bought this set before just for those plates. Don't need the rest! Thanks op.

Agree with all the comments - the plates are great for me - who could do with loosing a few pounds if Im honest - but my hubby ( who is an ex marine and has an appetite like no-one else) thinks they are far too small and always has to have 2 ! They are great for basic needs - but don't expect hungry guests to be happy x lol

Dinner plates are 23cm. That's the size of a side plate.
