As above, they loads in Tolworth, maybe local, but at that price an if you use them, worth a look next time you pop in. best before August 17 so a few months yet, boots sells exactly the same (checked) for £7.89. For once! A Poundland bargain

Bought a couple, then popped in boots to see if they had anything there and saw the pill for £7.89 so popped back to PL and got a couple more, ha ha! Though didn't deplete the stock

What health benefits do these capsules actually give you? Thank you.

Both are meant to help with PMS, breast pains before periods, basically womanly problems. Do they work? Web.MD says they have not been proven, plenty other sites say they do. I've been using starflower oil (borage) recently after having it recommended by a friend, as I was looking into it for myself and for other friend, including one who had hormonal breast cancer, and some ladies in forums for breast cancer patients said they were recommended those by their oncologist to relieve night sweats and premenopausal signs. I must say, (and maybe this is tmi) I've not had such painful boobs since taking them, and the usually hurt a lot prior to periods. Hth
