Was thinking of buying this phone for my daughter for £200, but this seemed much better value. Virtually the same price, if the Quidco tracks, and no need to top up every couple of months.
£163 looks like a great price for this phone, wish I had seen this earlier, although with all the top ups over 2 years I think I will still be slightly better off with this deal.

I appreciate that there are no guarantees with Quidco, but as far as I could see this isn't a "Special Offer" and I have found in the past that Quidco has always tracked for my mobile phone deals. Either way, I still think its a pretty good deal with or without the cashback.

I am tempted with this phone due to the size of the screen.

Should be faster, it has more ram and I am pretty sure it stands up well to more expensive phones in speed tests (but I'm no expert). It has a better camera as well.

unlocked Moto G4 Play £79 plus £5/month 4G SIM-only deal (have a look on uswitch or similar) works out £199 over 2 years and might be worth considering as alternative
Says this on there website at bottom of sale page
"These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions including cashback sites such as Quidco or Topcashback"

We picked this deal up for my daughter last year (possibly the previous version of the A3).
The phone was 1st class and worth every penny until she dropped it on to carpet and the screen shattered about 3 months into the contract.
Very fragile phone or just one of those things?
Cheapest place for a screen replacement want next to £100!

Possibly unlucky. We have 3 in our house and they have been dropped and bounce every time. However, they do have Gel type cases, which I get for everyone phone.

heat added, all my cellphone are from Samsung. They are not bad. But for this A3, I think it does not look as good as I hope.

If you can, would recommend paying a little more for the Samsung A3 (2017) which has just been released.
You can get from around £15 a month, with £30 cashback.
Faster processor, more RAM, but the big things waterproof and finger print sensor.

I was told by my friend that the iphone have short battery life too. I've got a contract for this Samsung for another 18 months. Think I will get rid and keep sim. I've heard samsung aren't good battery life but one does have a quick charge.

As you can see, I don't normally post but I feel that I really have to warn people based on my experiences with TalkMobile....
p.s. the deal itself is quite good but only if it wasn't on the TalkMobile network
I left a contract with TalkMobile at it's natural end in early 2015 and they continuously kept charging me line rental despite me contacting them (or at least trying to - it is notoriously difficult to get through to them: calls dropped, phone calls and emails not answered) several times to ask them to stop billing.
About a week ago, I purchased a TalkMobile phone contract through MobilesPhoneDirect (first time with this retailer, I usually go with mobiles.co.uk). I thought I would try them again to see if things had changed but it looks like things have not improved. Please tell me if I am over-reacting or got things wrong but after purchasing the phone, I ported my old EE number to TalkMobile but since the port happened, I have been unable to make any calls or texts but I seem to be receiving them (not sure if any have not come through though!). Has this happened to anyone else on this or any other network? I would be interested to know.
I have called them, emailed them and chatted to them but their attitude stinks. Their "customer service" don't seem to care and just tell me to wait 72 WORKING hours for the port to happen - possibly. This seems utterly ridiculous to me. I have never ever experienced this kind of porting problem with any of our family's phones.
