Troubles with previous provider and…

Troubles with previous provider and online services to retrieve SPAC code. Advice given & very clear easy instructions on how to do this.
Ease of contact & query dealt with promptly.
Fantastic service(unlike other providers!!)
Really clear answers that actually work.

Great Team.

I've been with Talkmobile for few years now, they provide good value for money, good network coverage (being Vodafone).
But most of all, they have a fantastic customer service team. They are quite knowledgeable and handles queries and requests efficiently.
Well done Talkmobile.

I've had experience with operators like TalkMobile

I've had experience with operators like "3 Mobile," "LycaMobile," and now "TalkMobile."
"3 Mobile" - I used it until 2022 - there were constantly coverage issues.
"LycaMobile" - Since September 2023, there have been issues with connectivity. They have a chat on their website, but it's just a chatbot, not a live person. If you have any questions for customer support, solving them is impossible!
"TalkMobile" - The connection is normal. They also have a chat on their website, but with a human operator. The wait time for an operator in the chat is less than a minute. I had questions three times, and I used the chat - there were always minimal wait times, and the question was quickly and clearly resolved by a live person. In general, it was the qualified customer support that surprised me. Definitely 5 stars!

I love talk mobile they always sound so…

I love talk mobile they always sound so happy and interested and are really keen to help nothing sounds 2 much trouble for them. Never a long wait and 1000's of options b4 u can speak to someone - a lot of other companies should take nite!

WiFi Calling Not Supported on Google Pixel 8 Pro

Moved to this network as the deals they had were really good value for money. Unfortunately despite being told WiFi Calling was supported on Google Pixel 8 Pro, after joining found out this wasn't the case.

Customer service is prompt in responding and would have remained with them if WiFi Calling was available.

VOXI support WiFi calling on Google Pixel 8 Pro for those searching. Asda Mobile do not.

Mobile Data Problem Solved!

I had a problem with mobile data not being accessible on my phone. I logged onto my account and then chatted with an excellent agent, ''Zeinab'', who took me through logical steps to resolve the problem. He then looked at my account and suggested an excellent upgrade which I went for too, and so did my husband. All in all, it was a very reassuring and professional encounter with a service agent.

Improving my banking security…

I was trying to find out about extra security Tips for my mobile bearing in mind banking apps, which I had read about in Which? Money magazine.
The Talkmobile advisor was absolutely terrific. He explained a) that my Talkmobile SIM PIN was sufficient. Secondly, b) that if I lost my mobile I could locate it by asking ' Google find my mobile', because I have a Google account. Thirdly, c) He discussed setting up biometrics, which gave me the confidence to set up a PIN and fingerprint with Samsung Pass. Forthly, I checked that the PIN number I had for Talkmobile was correct.
The advisor discussed everything in depth and had endless patience and good humor as I repeated everything back to him until I fully understood and also wrote notes.
This was at about 5.30pm on Wednesday 24/04/2024. He was 21 years old and may have been called Sim.

Been with talkmobile for many years

Been with talkmobile for many years, started with one SIM, now have my wife and son on as well.
Never had any problems when I call (other than waiting to be answered, which seems to be the normal since COVID😀)
Very friendly and helpful always.
Much cheaper than most (hence I have three Sims)
Would recommend.
I'll be the first to say if standards drop👍

Frustrating Experience with TalkTalk…

Frustrating Experience with TalkTalk Broadband

My experience with TalkTalk broadband over the past 8 months has been incredibly frustrating. The service consistently dropped, causing disruptions in my daily activities. After lodging a complaint, they scheduled an appointment with an engineer who failed to show up. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge me £75 for the missed appointment. TalkTalk's lack of reliability and poor customer service make them a joke of a broadband provider. Avoid them at all costs.

Great service

Great service, they really look after customers. I have spoken to talk mobile twice in the last month to increase me allowance and then return it back whilst my home internet was down. The provided me with a below market monthly cost on both occasions and charged me pro-data. I could not have asked for more. Their website text chat service is one of the few companies which have found actually work. Brilliant.

Used up all my allowance in 3 days (advised me it was due to weak signal and used my 4G)
Discussed a different plan giving me double data and reduced monthly cost! Advisor was helpful and informative. Brilliant 👍

Had a quick query

Had a quick query. Unlike many, many other companies out there, it was handled quickly, politely by a very friendly agent. All sorted in no time. A rare thing these days. I am very happy with Talkmobile and I can thoroughly recommend them.

Need updates before contract ends

Superb Support Team - Great Offers!

I had an issue with account transfer and billing. The support operative, Jay fully understood my reason for contacting Talkmobile and agreed to offer help leave Talmmobile, but added alternatives to not only stay as a customer but reduce cost by identifying better, cheaper alternative tariff options. With additional cost saving, on the same network. It would be foolish of me not to consider these options.
