What makes them chicken style?
Are they just shaped like chicken breasts?

Just like chunks of chicken. Don't have the texture of chicken but they are pretty good alternative.

In what respect are they like chunks of chicken?
As opposed to chunks of beef, fish, turkey, or even chunks of dog.
Do they taste like chicken?

In there shapes. They don't really taste of chicken. They have a little chew but not like meat. Worth a try if you have never had them before. Adding them in a curry is pretty good

I find them a little sweet, not bad but nothing special.
