I've used Amazon Fr before when ordering a router and they were faultless when it developed a fault. Even paid the £20 for the signed for postage cost back to France and they have a dedicated english speaking customer service email address if you are worried about warranty and such

DIY kit, you have to fit the 5.7 billion transistors yourself using the supplied soldering iron. The rest of it is easy.
