I bought one a few weeks ago for this price.
Its ridiculously cheap.
It has inflatible wheels and is solid.
They Can't be making any profit on it.

Bought this during Christmas time, Works fine on flat surfaces. For carrying heavy weights, inflate the tires to 30psi. 130-150kg is the maximum you can carry in uneven surfaces.
