I've ordered this one quite a few times now and every time I've had 6?
I ordered this exact one last night and had three packs of 6 arrive today. The weight of the product is 1.4kg - I usually check that it's a heavy weight before ordering any "packs of 6" items.

Got mine delivered when it was posted a month or so ago. Have also had 2 so called 'pack of 6' shampoos of another brand that did turn up as single items.
Customer service refunded both orders without needing to send the items back, so they must know that mistakes are made with these multi-packs
