I have it and love it - needs good clearance though otherwise cooling performance isn't brilliant.
NB. Hate AO - delivery wasn't brilliant and they kept hassling me to buy additional warranty.

I've just bought a washing machine from ao.com.
Just had the standard delivery (no installation) and opted out of the ao appliance insurance while on the phone to the salesman. They did go on a bit though.
The delivery people who delivered my item were self employed and only placed the item through the door, then left.

Drivers/installers didn't inspire confidence that they were interested in doing a proper job, levelling it properly etc. It was basically a dump and run. Nothing too major, but considering all the good reports I had heard about AO I was rather surprised. Standard front door should be fine.
NB. I genuinely believe the fridge/freezer is fantastic value at the price (I paid a similar amount when I bought it) - although the doors aren't stainless steel - it's a great design. The fact that the handles are cutouts helps save space, the LED display 'shines through' the handles and the interior LEDs give a real impression of quality. The fridge/freezer is also properly frost free. Even if you don't shut the door properly and the freezer frosts up, just shutting it and giving it some time will clear all the excess frost from the freezer. If I were to make one negative comment it's that the freezer shelves could do with some form of edge to stop things from falling out.
Bought a dishwasher last week for £429 (minus 10% Quidco). They have increased the price to £469 this week and are then offering the weekend50 discount. Just wanted to make people aware about the 'fluid' pricing as it might not be such a great deal !
Edit - Quidco offering £52.50 cashback on all American fridge freezers for the next 7 days.
