I bought from them previously.. excellent product and customer service..
buy with confidence.
refurbished product had no signs of wear other than a label at the back.
genuinely happy, since they also stock the accessories for thier products as well, good to get stuff you may right from them like a keyboard, charger, stylus, since they are proprietary it may save you hassle later on.

I brought a Dell Inspiron from them sold as refurbished but it was like new. Not a mark on the laptop whatsoever.

Gah, if only this was 10" I'd take it.
What's the weight like on this, could I comfortably hold it and use it as a tablet?

I find it's a bit big as a tablet and also suffers from the fact it only has a single proprietary charging port and headphone port on the tablet section, there's no USB ports or a card reader. I've also bought a Latitude 11 (which is mostly a rebadged Venue 11 Pro) and I find its size and weight is much better as a tablet plus it has a USB-C port, full size USB port and card reader on the tablet section.
The Latitude 11's keyboard base doesn't work as well as the Latitude 13 though, I assume to combat the terrible weight distribution of the Latitude 13 (it tips back very easily) they made the Latitude 11 keyboard base heavy and it's raised at the back (similar to what extended batteries used to do) so it makes it heavy and not great to use on a lap. The charging is also weird, with the 13 you charge the base when they're together and both tablet and base are charged. To charge the 11 base you have to put the cable in a slot which is only available when the tablet is separate so makes it a bit of a hassle.
For portable use I prefer the Latitude 11 as it's a better size for traveling while I tend to use the 13 around the house, it's got a great keyboard, batterylife is good and it runs entirely silent.

These are nice little machines with good screens and keyboards but bear in mind that this version doesn't have the second battery installed in the base, so battery life will be a bit mediocre.

Bought a Dell Venue 11 Pro from these guys, came in perfect condition (shame the device is a bit naff, you can really feel its little CPU straining after a while)

Which CPU did you get? Apparently the i5 has been underclocked quite a lot

How is the m core cpu in this what is this machine capable of iam trying to see if its a upgrade to my acer switch 12.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the acer switch 12 looks to have a core M CPU too, except a new model. This is the lowest spec of the first generation of core M processors so anything else should equal it at least and more likely beat it too.

It's around 30% slower than an i3 in a modern laptop.

Latitude so business line, but still very pleasantly surprised that it is quite serviceable.
