Fluoride makes tooth enamel stronger to resist sugar and bacteria decay and cavities. I would not buy a toothpaste not without fluoride. But fluoride toothpaste is not safe for small children as they may swallow the toothpaste.

Beware! Theres a reason just the Optic is cheap and not others. It turns your sink blue! Im not joking...try it yourself!
I use the other ones in this range but never Optic again.

Never turned my sink blue, but did read other online comments. Decent toothpaste that I think does actually whiten teeth. Heat

So true not using mine anymore, i had a blue tongue and lips i was embarassed to go out! not to mention the mess it made of my sink wouldn't get it again not even for 50p

I have been using this toothpaste for long time. My tounge never turned blue because of it. I generally buy in Poundland for £1. It is much more expensive in Wilkinson and other stores. Also many times Poundstretcher offers are store specific so this a very good deal if you can get it.
