Great price for this - one of the best tasting bourbons in my opinion. The Bulleit 95 Rye Frontier Whiskey is also down to £20.99 which is also a very good price.
Bulleit Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey whose high-rye content and iconic frontier inspired bottle is a favourite among bartenders and mixologists across the world. When Tom Bulleit set out to make a bourbon unlike any other, he was inspired by a recipe created by his great-greatgrandfather Augustus Bulleit more than 175 years ago.
Crafted in small batches, using pure limestone-filtered water and charred American oak barrels for all of the colour and some of the flavour, Bulleit is especially high in rye content, giving it a bold, spicy character with a distinctively smooth, clean finish.
Bulleit Rye is the ultimate expression of a rye whiskey, achieved by its commitment to a 95% rye content, versus the industry standard of 51%. This creates a spicy finish perfect for classic cocktails including The Manhattan, Old Fashioned and The Sazerac. With rye being a cornerstone to the Bulleit Bourbon recipe, Bulleit Rye had long been a dream of Tom Bulleit’s, as it was the next natural extension of the Bulleit brand. For years, bartenders and mixologists alike requested that Tom add a rye whiskey to the Bulleit range and since it launched in the US in 2011, it has since grown to become the biggest rye whiskey in the US.

Has appeared recently on clearance at certain stores but if you like Bourbon Whiskey then this is hard to beat.
£17.99 is a very good price for a quality dram.

Very good deal at £20 superb value at £18. If you wanted to try Now is the time I doubt it will ever get lower priced than this. You won't go back to standard JD after buying this

Can confirm you won't go back to JD, had 2 bottles of the stuff for my birthday last week and I've hid them in the cupboard for either a re-gift or when I'm absolutely for some alcohol.

I have a taste for the Bulleit 95 Rye, so have just purchased (and heated the new posting on) that; but am now tempted to try this too. Any thoughts/recommendations on the difference please, should I go for it. Heat for this posting too though as it is quite obviously an appreciated tipple at a very good price.

Bulleit for straight/on the rocks as it's a proper Bourbon. Rye for cocktails (Old Fashioned) due to high Rye content.......Loverly!!!

Nice find. I really enjoyed this when it was on offer back along. The Jim beam was relegated to the back of the cupboard when this one was open!
