300W - not sure thats gonna be powerful enough for most things. Thought the average was 600-900W

Agree, I would go with 1200W NutriPro Salter which was £39 from Robert Dyas recently.

I have this. Absolutely no issue with blending. I'd like to point out that the base of this is quite thin -- it's not nearly trying to blend as much as your regular blender.

these are useless. i went through 3 with amazon, pay £50 for a nutribullet. The difference in blending is also amazing, mine couldn't blend kale/spinach but the nutribullet makes it almost like a juice.
