I don't mean to state the obvious, but this isn't the BHS which closed recently. The fact that someone has set up a company with a very similar trading name makes me think they could be trying to cash in on the BHS brand (if, indeed, it had one) and would make me wary of buying from them.

This is the same BHS that shut. They loopholed their way into keeping their online presence and I'm sure it won't be long before they open up physical stores...

its not the same company that shut at all, wish it was then the BHS pensions would still be ok. The online name was bought by a company that had an overseas franchise.
I ordered a load of sale clothes for my daughter and mum from here recently and they arrived within a few days, well packaged and actual bhs clothing as expected. I didn't get a dispatch email and couldn't check my account but it was all legit. Just letting people know in case they are sceptical.

Its not the same BHS that shut, its just another venture capital firm buying up a brand name (why you'd want one so tarnished I don't know).
