but WHO is recommending against anti-bac handwashes

To order 1 or 2 of these but you dont want to spend over £20,just add an item valued over £20 on pre order(games/dvd etc) and once this ships out,cancel the pre order item.....no need to pay more

Do they still let you get away with this? I used to do it all the time but the last time I tried it wouldn't let me cancel and I ended up having to speak to CS to get them to cancel it for me!
