It was in stock when posted. But they do fulfill the back orders fairly quickly. Look at my valkyria chronicles post. People have got their back orders, so worth ordering if you're not in rush.

Has the framerate on this been fixed yet? Not bothered about a big graphics improvement but worse framerate than on the last gen is unacceptable for me. Would really like to revisit (and maybe finish) these games, too.

i didn't have any issue at all. my only comment is that I lost stamina with city - i completed it and enjoyed it but couldn't be bothered with the phone calls/deadshot/riddler bits it just wasn't worth my time for a couple of silver trophies
