Once per card! (no Jessops deal here!!) - me and the wife have separate cards, so saved this offer to each others accounts.
Booked flights on Emirates via AMEX Travel separately (same price as EK website), and both of us received the £50 credit 5 days later.

Maybe for some extra clarity: I have seen (and used) this offer myself and it was available for myself as main cardholder and my wife as supplementary card holder.
Worked well when I booked the hotel and then she booked the 'experiences' to maximise the discount.

I had been looking at Emirates flights on the EK Website and they charge you £6 to use AMEX to book.
I then compared the Emirates Flight prices on the AMEX Travel Website and they were exactly the same price and no AMEX charge. (1.25% cashback as I'm on the top level on my Platinum Card).
I then phoned them to check that as my wife is a supplementary card holder, if we each booked our own flight using our own AMEX card, we would both get the £50 credit - answer was that as long as you save the offer to each card, this will work, which 5 days later I can say that it did.
I got £350 credit for the Jessops multiple use and now £100 credit from AMEX Travel, so am a big fan of these AMEX Card Offers.
Good luck folks, lets hear how you all get on with this one.

I never get this offer on my gold card, or on my partner's supplementary card. Probably because we use AMEX Travel quite often...
While I like some of AMEX's offers, sometimes I feel like you get punished for actually using their services!
