It really depends on your serving size, 424 kcal per 100g, it is a 400g cake. The part that I find misleading is that the page says 424kcal per 100g and 212 kcal per serving, indicating a serving size of 50g or 8 servings per cake, but it is sold as 'serves 6' which would be a serving of 66.6g or 283 kcal per serving.
Edit: Just checked Tesco who list it as 8 servings, so it looks like they do believe 50g is a single serving size and the Sainsburys page is wrong. No way does it really serve 8 though.

Yeah, I found it tasted a bit cheap and nasty, but my flatmate enjoyed it.
