Showing my age but I remember these from the 70's :disappointed: Heat for the deal as I could always use it as a replacement on my Wheel barrow

Of course it is to do with body fat, but just because this is marketed in a certain way it doesn't mean it isn't useful.
Having visible abs doesn't equate to having well-developed abs. This piece of equipment is very useful for developing abs... I don't see why you're having trouble understanding the difference.
Besides, if you're going to apply the logic 'this does nothing that you can't reproduce without it', nothing on this site is worth your time.

Probably one of the best ab training contraptions ever. It works for me. Our gym bought one and i laughed. They are simple and brilliant IF used properly. Cheap too. Hot.
