Asda initially track and get declined later on, despite being a new customer. Best to think of the cashback as a nice bonus if it pays out, rather than rely on it.

Agree mine tracked last time then declined for no reason and I was a new customer I should have got it BUT always remember cashback is a bonus if pays out :wink:

Asda will refuse if you have had a delivery/card use at a address on their system, changing email and payment card has long gone as a get around.

Asda gets alot of complaints. The service isn't as good as it once was.
