I've developed a very painful and persistent verucca on my right foot. My son's partner recommended bathing it daily in a solution of epsom salts. I was very sceptical...but it has turned out to be a fantastic treatment while I'm getting the little beggar burnt off at the 'freeze' clinic.

You set your finger on fire and if it glows a really bright white light your good, if not you might be low on the stuff

Best way of getting magnesium levels up, oral supplements have really poor bioavailability. Stick 300g of this in a hot bath & soaking for 30 mins minimum has been shown to this blood serum levels bypassing digestion processes.
Raising magnesium levels really helps anyone with chronic neuropathic pain conditions like CFS/ME/PVFS/Fibromyalgia and also arthritis too.
Believe of all places it was Bath university that did the trials.

Westlab direct sell bigger bags but works much cheaper. They advise you to use the entire 1kg for 2 baths or 1 bath only
