Good price but rechargeable batteries better value and last longer per charge

I have a decent but cheap Xtar charger and a bunch of quality rechargeables that I use. Even the cheap Tronic 2300mah from Lidls that pop up often are good, my charger confirms it every time they hit their capacity. I would just prefer a bunch of those for all my controllers.

Aye the point of the play and charge is that you're not fannying about with batteries, rechargeable or otherwise.

Yeah I was always forgetting to charge batteries when I needed them most. Play and charge just works coz I can plug a cable in when I'm out of juice instead of stressing about which batteries are charged and where I put them

But this is still a rechargeable battery!
(Albeit one that charges in situ)

I bought two packs a few weeks back but 4 batteries and a charger cost a third of this so they went back.

Also available on-line (URL posted). Think it's a good price for the official one, although I know there are possibly cheaper alternatives by Gioteck.
Great piece of kit if you go through batteries like my kids do. Saving of around £7 on normal price.
