Looking at the memtacritics scores of this (51) and Kromaia Omega (68), isn't it better to save £2 and get to know a new game instead? :wink:

The PS4 version is also on sale for 9.85, 0.14 cheaper than from game.
Man, watch some gameplay footage and save your money :P

This on the PC back in the day was great. I bought this for 30 quid and I might has well of eaten the money. It's an awful, awful game. Handling is sluggish, gameplay is rubbish, the is no fun at all and it got boring. How they thought they had accomplished something great when they launched this is beyond me. I even bought it digital. First game I did, so couldn't even trade it in :-( avoid. avoid. avoid.

I thought it was a bit slow and sluggish at first. But after you get a few upgrades and new cars, it plays much better.
For 10 notes, its a decent game.

Didn't they do some kickstarter or pre order thong to get funding? Agreed the Carmageddon 2 was the best imo with the Eagle :smile:

Yep... Carmageddon Reincarnation.
I played a few times during development and it was horribly unoptimised, but never came back to it after that... Looks like backers get a copy of Max Damage too, so I'll have to give it another go now that they've hopefully added a lot of well needed polish.
Steam reviews for this are very positive overall, so for the sake of a tenner you might as well give it a shot...
