Just remember not to have more than 2 cans a week for the average person due to the mercury content. Doesn't say on the tub but is genuinely worth bearing in mind - tuna store a lot of Mercury which is especially harmful for your brain when digested. I do bodybuilding and have to be careful as tuna is widely recommended but not more than 3 a week.
