Amazon currently selling this at one of its lowest price. Some other colours are a bit more expensive, but still a good bargain.
And yes I know breastfeeding is cheaper!!

There was no proof on bacteria, even the doctor on their said it's a very small chance this could cause problems.
They used a very high Content and a new filter blocked it so shows they work, this was scare mongering.
There is nothing wrong with this product, I know loads of parents who use them and the children and perfectly healthy

BBC watchdog did a segment on this a few months ago. It basically proves what is basic science.
Boiling milk & letting it cool kills the most bacteria.
This device does not boil milk therefore 'more' harmful bacteria survive.
Ok for healthy babies but vulnerable babies can be effected. In most cases you won't know your baby is vulnerable until something happens.
My thought - you took 9 months to make him/her take the 5 mins to boil milk and keep the little ones safe :-) watchdog video

I always believe the opposite of what the BBC they say. Watchdog would be better investigating the TV licence and why in 2017 people are still sent to jail for refusing to pay for the BBC even if they do not watch any of their content!!

My twins were born prem at 33 weeks and we have used this since they came home at a month old. No issues what so ever, indispensable.

The black and white ones are showing as from 3rd party not from Amazon direct. Not sure how easy it would be to return if any issues arise!

I concur - there was more than a little scaremongering involved - Tommee Tippee noted they had requested the test data from Watchdog to do their own analysis but it wasn't provided and were mindful that the way the tests had been carried out had been flawed.
I know plenty of parents that have used one of these and they never had problems (changing the filter as per the recommendation etc).
There's plenty of discussions about this on Mumsnet should anyone need further info...
Great price btw
