Why a release of Feb 7th?

Because I think it has sold out and that's when it will be back in stock

Season 2 Gold Edition is released on Feb 7th.
Therefore, I'm hoping it's an error in their listing and in fact this is the Year 2 Edition.
However, I just ordered it and will sell my Base game to CEX. Thus, I'll be getting the Season Pass (whichever year it happens to be) for 12 quid (less than half price).
Love this game.
Already own it on both systems. Got the Art Of Siege Edition from this firm (Coolshop) for £9 odd, which includes a superb tactical guide book (the Art Of Siege guide).

Siege had multiple seasons, eight operators per season I believe. Each season pass covers a season. Sounds like a con, but all are available quite easily through in game currency so it's not really pay to win

Worth noting, just saw this.......
Please note the Season Pass included in the Gold Edition expired on 1 Dec 2016

Could be like the guy above you said.. and they haven't updated the information. Therefore you could end up with the season 2 pass

I added this to the basket a few days ago but didn't complete has I didn't have an account and didn't have time to create one, then today I saw the price increase £39. Anyway I seen that it was I'm the basket which still stated £21.95 so signed up and completed ordered at £21.95.

Received my copy today.
I was right, it IS the Year 2 Gold Edition!
There was a delay in shipping my copy, so customer service added £3 in points to my account. Therefore, I got the Year 2 Gold Edition for about 19 quid.
Touch!
The price has gone back up, though ...
