Typical. Bought this in Game for £24.99 on Saturday - wasn't going to open it till I found a cheaper deal, opened it last night and they're really iffy about their returns. Damn it.

Does it still have painful load times when you enter houses etc?

Smaller buildings no. Larger buildings/caves/dungeons etc are very painful still.

I think the only painful loading times are found in Cyrodiil (PvP). However, they're nothing compared to the lag in PvP. That really is atrocious. That said, I'm on the PS4 so loading times may differ from platform to platform. Seen a lot of people complain about the state of the group dungeons on the X1.
