Are you sure its not 49"? I was in my local sainsbury the other day and they had a pile of them at the entrance for the same price and im sure it was 49" unless I imagined the 9 lol
either way good price for a large screen.

This is not a smart tv. I bought one last week as I thought it was. Great picture but not the greatest sound. Apart from that a bargain at £250 for a 48" TV

If it's got aquos(as the picture suggests) then it is a smart TV as you can connect it to wifi. It has iplayer and some other limited apps

I bought this TV from Tesco about a year ago and after about 60 minutes boxed it back up and returned it..
The picture quality was awful, the remote frustratingly slow, the sound quality a bit like an old pocket radio and it kept dropping the wifi connection when it felt like doing so. Appalling and being a rebadged vestel it is not at all like the Sharp quality we all remember. I actually then went for a Techwood from AO.com and have been very happy with it.

There's plenty of content out there...the point is if you're spending 250 on a budget brand. You'd expect at least 4k to be there as an option. Otherwise you may as well just buy a better 1080p set.
