Picked up 3 150ml Orange flavour cod liver oil syrup by seven seas. Retails for around £3.75. Bargain!
This was the Walthamstow branch... not the one in the mall or the one that used to be 99p store. But the OTHER one (yes, there are three!) where peacocks used to be, opposite the main entrance to the mall/halifax.

They used to have this last year at my local Poundland so stocked up, coming to the end so will look in over the weekend and buy another 6 bottles. I love this stuff, not sure why but the orange flavour mixed with a faint taste of fish oil is addictive and its really good for you.

Not for cooking, you take a teaspoon or 2. Contains omega 3, vitamin D
