This pack contains Rock Band 4 base game, download code for the new expansion and a wireless guitar controller. I saw it for this price in my local GAME store earlier today as well as online. It's only in stock for the PS4 and the Band Kit isn't in stock for either platform unfortunately.
This seems like a good price to me as Amazon is listing it at £99 and it is hard to find even the base game guitar bundles for this low of a price atm. Factoring in that the expansion costs £20 on the PSN store, I would say this is well worth it.
My first deal post so sorry if I missed anything obvious.

just a warning about the blue guitar, its knows to have issues activating overdrive by tilting the guitar so you may end up having to use the d-pad to activate it instead, great price though

I had no idea you could activate overdrive like that, I bought a new guitar last time they were heavily reduced as my old one from RB3 doesn't activate

Band in a box is 65.
Tbh this game is a backwards move from 3 still. Once they sort out using all your old dlc ill grab it but for now it's just not something I think is worth getting.

Is this as bad as Guitar Hero for micro transactions (i.e. Forced to play rubbish songs / spend money before you can play decent ones)?

I've not played GH Live but the way Rock Band works is that it comes with a base set list of 65 or so songs (plus 12 added in a recent update for Rivals owners) and then there are almost 2000 additional tracks, with about 3 being released each week atm, available as DLC.

For non-PS4 guitars it's done using the select button instead. They patched in the ability to use the dpad for PS4 guitars since the share button is where select used to be.

Better than GHL, online mode being added end of the month. The game is a lot more stable now than it was upon release last year, was a half baked unfinished bug ridden mess upon release.

I did try that before and it still tried to share... odd
