From past experience, you have to send the returns to Belguim I think, so not cheap

It was a while back now, but I think it was about £12.
It's the same returns for purchases from their eBay shop.

Treat cashback as a bonus if it happens, don't rely on it. However it has worked in the majority of cases for me, I've received almost £2500 across Quidco/TCB since I've started. Using a money off code sometimes gets a declined cashback.

Ordered a wetsuit and two T's yesterday. Have bought on the last three occasions when codes can be stacked. Have had some great buy's, wearing my Q's shirts now from previous purchases. N.B as Quicksilver is the Men's and boys shop the same codes work with Roxy for girls and women: http://www.roxy-uk.co.uk/#?camp=ppc_rx_gb-en_e_google_ongoing_ppctxt_ctxt-ex_all_-_brand

So far in the past, I have only bought a backpack and a suitcase from the Quiksilver website, but I must say the quality of those two products are top-notch. Here's some warmth!

Good find but sizes can be hit and miss.
have the dark voices zipped hoodie in S, great fit, so order another 2 items, think the essentials range, one zipped hoodie and one pull over hoodie, both in S, but smaller fitting than the dark voices hoodie. fit as long as i wear a short t-shirt underneath, if i wear a long sleeve t-shirt underneath, the hoodies dont fit in the arms

Last time I bought from them the trainers were way too small. They got me to photograph the trainer next to a ruler and said they were fine. How they can tell the internal size with an external measurement I'll never know. They don't comply with Distance Selling Regs even though I copied and pasted them many other customers complaints about the sizing and poor quality. Putting it on here is a good way to get rid of their faulty stock banking that UK customers won't want to pay the return post and will lump it.

sizes of shoes differ depending on brand.
I have been a size 9 for 15 years. all trainers i get like nike/addidas have always been a size 9, and with 8/8.5 being way to small
recently, the sketchers memory foam sole shoes i bought are a size 8.5, actual size 8 fitted but guy said feet can swell due to heat so get 8.5.
wanted a pair of clacks shoes, ones that lace up high, like hi tops. They were similar shape to the sketchers so ordered 8.5, and there is a bit off room left so possibly could of got an 8.
my two recent adidas trainers and a nike pair of trainers i have all got in a size 9
so by your logic one of these must have faulty stock then.
if you go from one brand to another the size can vary
sometime a brand can vary on size as well, depending on the country where they were made

Quite a lot of places will get you to pay for return, it's fairly standard. Belgium is a bit more, but people should always check the rules before buying... Sometimes easier to resell on eBay :sunglasses:

£6.25 for three light cotton t shirts in a plastic bag wrapping. I sent it the cheapest possible way. Will never buy from Quiksilver again, paid returns is one thing, but a belgian postal address is unacceptable and honestly, I'm not even sure if that is against regs.

sizes are hit and miss
i have last season dark voices zipped hood in S, size it good, slight loose feel to it.
Got the newer dark voices hoodie, going by pictures on the website it looked as if they just changed the colour and the badge on the left side pocket. But appears to be off lesser quality and tighter fitting. Really is no consistency in their sizes, but there clothes can look good, pity most of these highstreet stores have vanished

I ordered a pair of advertised size 9 diving boots and when they arrived they were actually UK size 8.5, which were (not surprisingly) too small. The £3.50 returns charge still applied despite my protestations.....I will never buy from them again.

As this is their error you should not be paying anything.
Have you asked for the correct goods to be sent to you?

They still said I was liable to pay postage costs despite the error being theirs. I wasn't happy at the time and discovered that I am not an exception case with this supplier. This would appear to back up the claims of others on here that their customer service is s**t.

Does this not cover you as the items are not as intended?
Opening post
Delivery is £3.50 but if you spend more than £35 you get this free.
Returns are at your own expense and must be sent to Belgium.
