I've had Oukitels for the past few years, the U8 was the last upgrade I went to. They are fantastic phones spec wise, good cameras, latest android and fab displays. However, these ARE budget CHINESE phones and they only have a 6-18month lifespan. I converted my whole family to Oukitel after falling in love with the Moonbeam and not one of us has had one over a year without a very annoying glitch occurring. Another thing to consider is they are pre-loaded with their own form of spyware, this has never bothered me but my mum finds it annoying that things randomly appear. I personally still continue to use Oukitel, I can't afford much else and they're a decent phone. Just don't expect to have it for years, they're quite delicate.

There's no spyware, people are insane. No one cares about you. Only thing that is of value to anyone is your bank card, but this phone will not steal it.

I have an oukitel k6000pro fulfilled by amazon great phone for around £130. 6000 mAh battery 5.5 inch full HD screen marshmallow os.
Build quality excellent, metal body, fingerprint scanner works brilliantly. Can't find better for money.

Fine, not spyware then, malware - because adverts definitely pop up from time to time and the U8 Tap Universe or whatever it was called had this 'Beauty app' on it that would connect back to an IP address in China and serve ads to your phone. You don't have to believe it or can bury your head in the sand over it but it did happen.
And as you know, what may seem like 'boring personal data' is actually the precursor to identity theft and data sale on the dark web.
Opening post
Good reviews too
