Ensure its a cold pressed organic, or its like all vegetable oils and chemically processed.

i find cocoil helps reduce scarring , I ride bniketrials and have an injury now and again ..this helps preventing thick scars

Solid in winter. So of no use till summer . Olive oil is much better in fact profile than Coconut oil. But if you are a trader , good to import from abroad, as some intelligent people here think it can work magic and buy it at ridiculously high prices.

It warms up and turns to liquid almost immediately on contact with skin. I use it on psoriasis in place on steroids and it works really well.
