(I know we have code haters on this site but this is today only and the very recent heat for both these games meant loads have ordered at the higher price.. Even if this just helps those who have ordered these 2 games at the higher price to cancel and re order it's done its job)
Today only.. Time to get the pre orders in from Amazon using code BIGTHANKS for £10 off a £50 spend. Just need to top the order over £50. so here is a link for a few low priced rulers starting at 42p:
Has to be an item sold by Amazon so any add on is fine.

Seeing 1 shop get that much, wouldn't surprise me if Gameseek were given 100-200k.
Illusionary
20 Jan 172#20
Gamestop are probably the largest largest retailer in the world's largest market; Gameseek are a niche player in a much smaller market - the bulk of UK stock will probably end up with Amazon, GAME and Nintendo's own store. Consider that there will be approximately two million units available at launch and you'll see why your estimate is orders of magnitude off from what Gameseek are likely to get.

Awesome thanks, canceled 1 2 switch and Zelda, re ordered with code for £70. If I look at it as £50 for Zelda and £20 for 1 2 switch it makes it easier to justify 1 2 switch for the missus at £20. To be honest though I think the game should have been a pack in.

Every console launch has a pretty weak lineup for at least the first year IMO and I think all most could agree Nintendo is offering one of the poorest set of launch title ever!
I want to be an early adopter but have been burnt before with the PS Vita, PS4, PS3, Xbox One, 360, Wii, Gamecube etc etc. The desire to play Zelda is strong but after 1-2 months I will have the inevitable buyers remorse just waiting for Mario and Mario Kart.

The big push will come in the holiday season just before Christmas when the new Mario game comes out. Best time to buy will be sometime between April and September when interest will be low and you 'might' get £25 off if you are lucky and stock will be plentiful... once Mario hits it will be sold out! Even the Zelda game is available on the Wii U and looks identical plus its cheaper so no need to jump in yet...

I honestly think Nintendo should dump their console business and go mobile/PS4. They are already dipping their feet with Super Mario Run and a free to play version of Fire Emblem is releasing soon on Android. Just imagine a free to play version of Mario Kart on mobile with online multiplayer and a full price PS4 version which is different from the mobile version. This is what Nintendo should do as no one wants to be shackled to their underpowered gimmick consoles.
afox1984
22 Jan 172#125
I think the gaming world would be a duller place as a result. Nintendo create unique hardware and then make software that makes use of the new features that the hardware provides, this creates new experiences. While it would be nice to only need one console I'd miss Nintendos crazy and occasionally brilliant hardware innovations. I can do without the big budget AAA titles on the Switch, but what I would like to see is Nintendo embracing the indie community. If the switch has a good stream of Nintendo IPs as well as the best (reasonably priced) indie titles then I'm happy..
I placed this order for Zelda with the £10 discount. I found out that Amazon had removed this discount a few weeks later. I had to contact customer services and after several emails back and forth got them to honour my order. Luckily I had email confirmation as proof they blamed it on a technical error. I would advise all that placed their order to check your discount hasn't been removed.
