Im not sure if its an offer ad such but it has been reduced in price from I think £7.99.

It's not showing that the price of £3.99 is a reduction for me, on Xbox.com or on the Xbox One marketplace.

Like I said it has come down in price from £7.99 although I believe it was less than £3.99 in the past on deals with gold.
