Found this in Aldi, Great Harwood reduced from £79.99 to £59.99 but it scanned through at £29.99. A good price for just a portable HDD but this offers much more.

I've installed one of these in my car, taken out the ECU and flashed it with pre moded software. Now my Nissan Micra sounds and drives like a V8.

Great price, anyone else get this or is this an error at just one store ?

Nope!.
But I've seen this in both the Goodmaye's and Newbury Park Aldi Stores a few times though ...
It may be worth exploring those 'options' too? (perhaps). :-)

I bit a few weeks ago at £39.99 and thought that was good. Its a great piece of kit.

Aldi reductions are store specific (and often one-off items). Excellent deal but I wouldn't recommend travelling far to search for them.

Not quite true. Aldi uk is split into 6/7 regions and each of these regions does their own reductions on special buys. Individual stores can also do their own reductions as well.

I got one of these and it works really well on Wi-Fi and plugged in. Only issue is, my Android tablet (Asus z500m) detects it when plugged into the USB but says not supported. Don't have a problem with flash drives. Anyone any idea why that may be? If I use the app over WiFi, no problem.

Probably incompatible file system format for your tablet. Check whether it's formatted in exFAT or FAT32 - if not and it's NTFS then connecting directly won't work.

Probably because of the amount of electrical power a mechanical drive needs over a USB stick.
