Perfect harmony between ULTRA HD 4K Resolution and HDR technologies generates an incredibly rich and vibrant visuals.
ULTRA HD 4K resolution is four times that of Full HD producing brilliant clarity and vivid details that amaze, even when viewed up close.
Combining the latest innovation in colour packages and light filtering technology ColourPrime Pro delivers a wider range of colour spectrum.
Enjoy brighter whites and darker blacks thanks to local dimming technology which lifts the brightest scenes to brilliant new levels and the darkest shadows to life.
When something is shown in HDR there is a dynamic range on display that is closer to the huge range of colours and shades that your eye can process. HDR gives your eye more to see, sun glistens off water, stars shine brighter in the sky, the lights of the city glow stronger at night.

What's the model number. My last two TVs have been LGs. I said never again after the first one. Don't know what I was thinking buying another. I wouldn't bother with an LG unless it's an oled. Don't go off the reviews on Amazon either. I think they're written by folk upgrading from CRT's.

I agree. I got an lg 49"smart 3d cinema tv when it came out. The smart features were slow, crashed constantly and became useless in the end.
A chrome cast wiped the floor with the LG smart dash board.
Doubt I'd buy another LG if that's what was expected of a £800 tv at the time (around 4 years back)

I bought a 47" LED LG TV over four years ago for £500 from Amazon. Use it over 6 hours every day, never had a problem and the picture looks great provided you set the right settings which I found on avsforum. There is some very slight banding on some football matches when the screen is covered in green pitch and they fast pan the camera but it's rare and you wouldn't know it's there if someone didn't tell you. Unfortunately I read about it on some forum and now I do notice it but tbh it doesn't bother me.

I got ec930 Oled, picture quality is amazing not sure about the judder though. If you can ignore that then oled is the way to go.
