Good Price but sadly opened one this weekend and there wasn't much cream in it, lots of coconut water, and so useless for making my thai green curry

I agree. Not bad for the price, but too watery. I prefer a thicker, creamier coconut milk.

Shake the tin well before opening and your perceived wateryness will magically disappear. This is good quality coconut milk.

54% isn't great. 70-80% available in Aldi/Lidl.

I used in my thai green curry, instead of shaking it it, I stirred it and my perceived wateryness did not disappear. Next time I will shake it and hopefully my green thai curry will be nice and creamy.

I would recommend draining off most if not all of the water. Don't shake it, won't make a bit of difference to the consistency of your curry.
