Just picked this up because it was cheap as chips, so I thought I would share.
Can also be had from dodax-online-uk for £4.36, however they appear to be based further a field.

I've had bad experiences with used items from Music Magpie, so it concerns me that they state this new item might not be in it's original shrink wrap!
Why wouldn't it be if it's really new?

Lots of reasons. Are you saying every single BD you have bought has been sealed? I have almost two thousand and I have bought several that have not been sealed but were new. Besides, would they list them as new if they were not?

As far as I can remember, every single NEW bd I have bought HAS been sealed.
I have received items in terrible condition advertised by music magpie as 'used -like new' so it wouldn't surprise me if these aren't really new.

Music Magpie are good for new items but do not buy their used Blu Rays as none of them run properly.

I've never bought used BDs off Music Magpie but I have bought used ones off forums and I've never had a used BD that will not play.

No, if they were 'Used - Like New' they would be listed 'Used - Like New' not 'New'.
Selling used goods as new is actually against the law.

I've bought them used from both music magpie and cex. They skip scenes during play. Tried cleaning with a cloth but no luck.

Are you sure they weren't DVDs? Several people on bd.com buy regularly from CEX and they have never reported any problems.
I've bought one BD from CEX. A used copy of the 2 disc edition of the OOP Dreamgirls. When it arrived it was near mint and I was very impressed (I even had replacement cases etc. at hand but I didn't even need them).

So people on bd.com are the only ones who buy blu rays?
If you take a look at the music magpie posts here you will see several complaints about their BLU RAYS. Not DVDs!

MM customer service is excellent. Any time I've had a problem they either replace or refund without any issue. They sell, literally, millions of discs, you're going to get some that don't fit the description, but it's how a company deal with problems that's the real test of how good they are.
