I bought one yesterday (Portishead branch) and it was very ripe when I opened - to the point of being mushy.
I'm not sure if they were all like that but I ended up throwing it out

Normaly these are £.1.59 each in Lidl but now only 85p .. fantastic deal so i chose the largest one i could find lol :smile:

These are good but usually best left out of the fridge for at least a week to ripen
