It's reduced from £69.99 forget the RRP. about what it's worth for oak veneer.

Well they have to grow the trees, chop them, process them, ship it to China, send design of furniture to china, package it, the transport it back!
Which begs the question-- why the hell aren't we making it here in the first places- would have cut down the delivery time to few weeks, not few months!

Terrible. And they're always dishonest about the implied value.
If your budget is low go to Ikea, nobody else is even close for the money.

Have you previously purchased this product or are you just making an assumption about the quality?

I have. Doors did not line up. Draws did not slide well at all. "Veneer" incomplete showing composite. Needed treating with a suitable oil. Plus other faults I cannot fully recollect. Only too glad to return it with loss on delivery charge. Experienced DIYer so not down to my lack of skill. Maybe I got a duff one but can only advise to stay clear, looks good on paper but the actual item is very poor quality. If you have an IKEA nearby and transport, have to agree no one else comes close on quality and price.Have not voted either way.

Maybe you did get a late Friday afternoon build?! On one of the Denham products someone stated it arrived with dents but they got it exchanged and received a good replacement. Thanks for commenting. As long as Argos are good at collecting duff furniture for replacement or refund then hopefully it shouldn't be too much of a hassle if something isn't right.
