Fab bags I have bought lots from guess and you can also add a gift box to order for 1p it's great to give extra protection in transit and a great box to keep it in for storage

Be careful with Guess. They are terrible with returns. I had to raise a case with my credit card company to get them to finally authorise a return!

You can return any product you don't like within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. We invite you to try our products without removing their tags and seals, otherwise the return won't be authorized.
Guess products are covered by a warranty, so you can return the defective item within 2 years from the date of receipt.
We will refund exclusively the products actually received by our warehouse.
If the item is not in its original condition or if the defect is not accept any refund will be made and the return will be sent back to you.
Returns are always free, if previously authorized by our Customer Service.
If the package will be returned to our warehouse without a return authorization and without the tracking number given, GUESS will not refund the shipping costs.

Read these reviews. Don't believe in their returns procedure. The telephone number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails.
