I paid by points, it did show as 1250 first of all until final part of checkout

You need to look up the word glitch - it's normally children who use words for which they don't know the meaning.

Now way they can't do that. It told you the total at the end so that's what they will take. If anything they may refund you n tell you they can't process your order but won't add more to it :-) don't worry :innocent:

i just tried it but it didnt work. i added 2 body butters by mistake and the hand cream,the total came to 12.50 so one body butter was feee then they added the free gift. when i took the extra body butter out of my basket they took away the gift from my basket
