I've just ordered this and have paid by debit card (£2.50) - do you think that they could take out the additional £10 if they notice this glitch? Thank you.

i just tried it but it didnt work. i added 2 body butters by mistake and the hand cream,the total came to 12.50 so one body butter was feee then they added the free gift. when i took the extra body butter out of my basket they took away the gift from my basket

Hopefully it's my first time as well...ordered a scholl nailcare set which doesn't show on ther search engine but when you Google it the link comes....and they sent me a real techniques core brush set for free (the old version)....don't know why

Why is this not a glitch? It's taking off £10 and still giving a free gift

Now way they can't do that. It told you the total at the end so that's what they will take. If anything they may refund you n tell you they can't process your order but won't add more to it :-) don't worry :innocent:

You need to look up the word glitch - it's normally children who use words for which they don't know the meaning.

I paid by points, it did show as 1250 first of all until final part of checkout

And neither apply, what you mean is a pricing error. There is no malfunction or fault.

I would say wrongly taking £10 off each order was a malfunction or fault on the computer system. Therefore I think it's a brilliant GLITCH, Thanks op :-)
