If you are looking for a package holiday then check out this two week trip to Paphos in Cyprus. Leaving on 15th February from London it includes flights, transfers and luggage too. It is based on 2A and 2C so only suitable for those with younger kids probably not in school and it is the same price for 1 week as it is 2 weeks leaving on 15/02 although I *think* this may be part of half term for some areas
The hotel is the Anemi which has fantastic Tripadvisor reviews too.
I think by mid February the weather may be around 20 degrees depending on how accurate the extended weather forecast is! It's not as warm as the Canaries etc but it's less than £8 a night per person!

Just returned from Paphos. A lovely 16° during the day, needed a jacket once the sun went down. Crystal clear blue skies every day, great food in the area (nb some restaurants were closed for the month of Jan, reopening 01 Feb). really good price for a two week stay although self catering might be more suited to 2A 2C.

Recently booked three days in paphos going on 15/2 looking forward to it as never been to Cyprus before . EasyJet holidays was £130 each

I think you need to search for it in on the Thomson website. If you just put it in as per the screen shot you should get it fine, search price lowest to highest.
