it is not as nice as Marmite IMO, it has a grainier texture and doesn't have as much punch to it. Worth a go if you haven't tried it before though. I actually prefer the supermarket versions of Marmite most though.

I used to prefer to squeezy bottle of marmite compared to the stuff in a jar. It was smoother tasting and less harsh.

Read my post above, if it tastes harsh you are using too much.

This stuff is better than expensive multi vitamins.
Best way is loads of butter/marg/spread (dairy free for me) on toast and a minuscule amount of Vegi onto to enhance the flavour like Aussies do - most people don't like it cos they mistake it a brown substance out a jar for chocolate spread and apply as such  Like many things in the kitchen less is more, you can add but not subtract
Hope all the UK Aussies have a fantastic Australia Day today <3

I was using the same quantity, the squeezy seemed to be a different formulation from the jar.

Never had a squeezy Vegemite, do they exist ? Never known of that, I only know of a Cheesy Vegemite variation which is awesome but its less potent so you eat more per serving.
The jar is potent so using the same amount as a prepacked usable squeezy is defo a nono.

Marmite I was referring to because other people were discussing it, not Vegemite.

Marmite is the poor mans Vegemite

Tastes nothing like Marmite. Bought some once. Tried it and binned it. Similar to Morrison's own label, which I also binned. Not voted cold, because if you like Vegemite...
