Pizza Express also do a good offer where you get a bottle of prosecco or up to 4 beers or 4 soft drinks (from memory). It can't be used in conjunction with any other offers though.

m&s sparks card give you 5£ to spend on your birthday - i think you have two weeks to spend and no minimum spend required. i used mine in the food hall
