I'd never say Hamburg was romantic to be honest. Granted I've only been on a stag do but don't think I'd ever take the wife.

Fancy taking my wife? Obviously I will stump up the £20 for her. Thanks in advance.

taking the kids there for half term the following week. looks like a good zoo, chocolate tour and minute wonderland so should be interesting. Staying in a Novum hotel via their own website. They are currently offering 3 nights for price of 2 plus free breakfast so only €105 for 3 nights b&b for a family room for 3.

It's OK, though it will be cold in February. It's an interesting German city with good shopping and a few places to visit, but it's not like say Paris or Rome. Cheap weekend away though.

Throw in a little bit of walking around money and you've got a deal.
