Very low. No space underneath for storage. Feels like sleeping on the floor.

I agree there's no storage under the bed but if you have a thick mattress it's not as low. It's not too bad for a spare bed

put some bricks underneath or jack it up

Its £50. They saved the other £150 by chopping off its legs to give them for Pinocchio to walk.

Is this bed any good? Is it solid? For £50 I suspect it's rubbish?

I bought this exact bed, from poundstretcher 6yrs ago (unless they've changed it). I paid about £70 for it.....it's still going strong now. Absolute fine bed, it's been taken apart and moved a few times...and had plenty of action

Yeah, it was much better when it was £100!

bought one before Christmas. The frame is solid but the slats are very weak and snap. The metal support down the middle has bent. Had to buy some timber to strengthen it as can't find receipt to return it

been looking for a bed for my new house, all the shops I've been into are like 1500 with a mattress... what shop is best for quality but not a ridiculous price would you say? don't think I'd spend 50 on a bed, you spend half your life on a bed you should respect your body and get a good one of you can afford it

Ikea beds are cheyp as chips and solid builds. Going to avoid this as the mother in law is quite hefty

I think the slats broke just looking at it

There are elephant feet which can raise bed but only upto 15 cm. Most good bed companies in London leave 36 inches under the bed as storage space is very premium . If you want to sleep on the floor you don't need a bed shaped contraption.
